Mission:
To embrace the ambition of young theatre artists embarking on their varied careers to produce theatre that is challenging, literate and above all passionately executed.

Aims:
1. To create excellent, challenging, innovative, relevant and passionate work
2. To offer artists unique interactions with important texts and the biggest questions for our lives
3. To make this work available to as wide an audience as possible
4. To create a space of enquiry in which dialogue with text and content is an integral part of the theatrical experience for our audience
5. To stimulate debate and promote an understanding of the work and the world of which it is part
6. To develop sustainable growth for the organisation
7. To be a pioneering organisation in the development of work for young theatre artists

Objectives:
We will do this by:
1. Continuing to raise the profile of the company’s work and its national role in the development of good practice
2. Developing our partnerships with companies and venues, regionally and nationally
3. Sustaining and developing partnerships with local, regional and national organisations to assist in the delivery of opportunities to artists
4. Working with artists of the highest calibre
5. Developing all aspects of income generation for the company
6. Pursuing academic knowledge through artistic practice and broadcasting findings with the community
7. Fostering a transition between young theatrical amateur and semi-professional work
8. Developing and implementing working practices which place inclusivity and access at the core of all our activities
9. Being at the leading edge in artistic innovation and creativity
